Not any kind of tales, tapi k.e.n.y.a.t.a.a.n bahawa kanak kanak memang susah nak makan sayur.
Face it.
Hate it or like it - memang some parents find it quite challenging to get their kids to eat vegetables.
I believe neither parents who love vegetables will have their kids sharing the same bowl nor parents who don't love vegetables will have kids who never fancy veggies at all.
It only takes a lil effort to get our kids to eat veggies - keep trying and have fun with it.
In my case, I would say I am pretty much a lucky mother to have a daughter who is not a fussy eater at all.
Seriously, Alma memang makan segalanya. She loves to eat and trying new taste.
She loves vegetables, in all colors - purple, green, red and orange. Bayam, sawi, kobis, timun, kangkung, terung, lobak, tomato, kacang panjang, bendi, broccoli and to name a few..
Semua ibubapa seharusnya tahu dan faham kepentingan sayur kepada anak anak dan cuba lebih kreatif untuk menarik minat anak anak untuk menyukai sayur sayuran, Bukankah tanggungjawab kita untuk menjaga kesihatan dan memastikan yang terbaik untuk anak anak kita?
Oh, I'd like to share a tip on how to get kids to recover from fever, cough and flu - faster.
Change their menu of the day to veggie soup, make sure you mix variety of vegetables such as spinach, carrot, broccoli, tomato and etc..
And make sure you serve vegetables for snacks, 2 - 3 times a day. Do not boil to soften the veggies, better still steam it as it is way more n.u.t.r.i.t.i.o.u.s. Enjoy!
